I will boast
Let me share to you what God taught me today
Jeremiah 9:23-24
23 This is what the LORD says:
"Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom
or the strong man boast of his strength
or the rich man boast of his riches,
24 but let him who boasts boast about this:
that he understands and knows me,
that I am the LORD, who exercises kindness,
justice and righteousness on earth,
for in these I delight,"
declares the LORD.
3 things Not to boast:
1.) my own wisdom
2.) my own strength
3.) my own riches
3 things to boast about:
1.) God understands me
2.) God Knows me
3.) God is Lord

Some good news
One bad news after another. I think I heard enough I just want to share about some good news.
I saw a friend of mine the other day, i couldn't stop recalling i think it was 3 years ago. His dad passed away, he was still a student that time. He was worried about what would happen to him. Where he would get his support. I think after a month or so his girlfriend broke up with him. He was really sad and depress.
Well now I look at him, he is more confident now. He has taken leadership roles. He leads Bible Studies. He found work and got lots of work experience during his youth. And he has a Christian girlfriend and i think they are doing well.
I like asking people how they got to know the Lord. There's this guy from choir. I asked him "how did you get here?". I mean the first time I met him was he was at Ypro and next thing I know he was seating beside me at choir practice. He told me they got to know the Lord thru a friend. His friend use to be a drunkard, playboy and etc. Well his friend got to know the Lord and God turned his life around. They were surprised at what God has done for him and long story short that's why he is seating beside me.
Wow our God is great. Even though things look bleak now you know God's hand is still there. May all the glory be to God.

I don't blame You or anyone. Let me have a joyful heart. Amen.

thinking
Ok I was thinking about the answer
Yeah maybe I was thinking it was God's way for him to really appreciate Eve. If she was easy to get, then maybe she won't be appreciated.
A friend had another idea maybe God wanted him to go look everywhere and see for himself that wherever else he went he wouldn't have found her.
I think my friend's answer is better.

Adam
I was just thinking about Adam. This guy must be the luckiest guy in the whole world. I mean he didn't have to choose his partner God literally gave her to him. He didn't have to make any choice, she was the only choice. I mean just imagine this if Adam got busted then there goes the human race.
So this morning I reread Adam's story and got to notice some things.
1.) Gen 2:18 tells us that after God gave Adam his "job description". God already knew that he needed someone to help him out. Wow what an omnipotent God we have. He know what we need and when we need it.
2.) v. 19 to 20 Wow it seems that Adam was searching for his partner. Ok Adam's job was to name ALL the creatures. Ok I'm not a biologist or scientist but I'm know there are a lot of animal creatures out there. How long would it take to name all the animals? I don't know but I bet it took awhile. But notice the last part of v.20 for Adam no suitable partner was found. He was not only naming the animals, he literally searched the whole world for one among them. but still he didn't find one.
3.)Ok this guys searched the whole world and didn't find one. Wow what a bummer! This guy must be really depressed. Well God is a God of miracles. He will make a way. v. 21-22 God made Eve out of his ribs. God will provide for all of our needs.
So question is why didn't God just make Eve after He made Adam?
Well don't ask me I'm not God. But there is this song "In His time he make all things beautiful in His time..."
